 Dr. Dorothea  von Wichert-Nick

CEO - Sedo Holding Group & Country MD UK

Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nick is CEO of affilinet and member of the board at Sedo Holding AG. As CEO, Dorothea von Wichert-Nick is in charge of strategy, innovation management, marketing, sales and customer service across the affilinet group. Dorothea’s work focuses on strengthening the leading role of affilinet, increasing productivity and fostering the internationalization of affilinet, thus helping to shape the performance market.


Prior to joining affilinet, she was Managing Director at Solon Management Consulting, an international management consultancy focused on Telecom and Media. Her work included the development of new business models for European media and telecommunications businesses and a broad range of M&A projects.


During her career she has also managed strategic European market research at Deutsche Telekom and has been a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems Engineering and Innovation Research.
Dorothea is an industrial engineer and has a PhD in economics.


Her philosophy is that successful management means broadening your horizons and inspiring people.

 Axel  Hamann

CFO - Sedo Holding Group
Axel Hamann is responsible for finance and human resources across the Sedo Holdings Group. He previously worked as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH, a leading international management consultancy for restructuring and performance improvement. Axel has extensive experience working as an executive board member or managing director for companies in the IT and consumer goods industries.

 Alexander  Röthinger

CTO - Sedo Holding Group
Alexander Röthinger is responsible for the technology and product development strategy across Sedo Holding Group, encompassing affilinet and sedo. He joined the company in 2005 and holds responsibility for technology and development, leading the affilinet development team in Hannover. At affilinet, and throughout his previous management assignments, Alexander’s focus has been on setting-up, enabling and scaling software development departments and IT infrastructure to cater for growth and efficient, state-of-the art applications. He has seen through major platform migrations and has driven the internationalization of affilinet with a strong focus on local market needs and customer satisfaction. Alexander has over 20 years experience in software development. Prior to joining affilinet he held positions as CTO and Managing Director at DCI (Database for Commerce and Industry AG) and also has many year’s experience as a self-employed development consultant
