London, 11th November 2011 – affilinet, the specialist performance marketing company, today announces the appointment of Gary Bicker to the position of UK Country Manager, with a remit to further develop and expand the business in the UK. 

The promotion of Bicker from UK Operations Director will consolidate affilinet’s focus on developing products and services, as well as further expand on the existing talent and skills within the UK team.  The new role will see Bicker tasked with increasing the business's share of the UK market, as well as extending its European growth in line with other country managers.

Gary Bicker biography
Gary Bicker has over 8 years experience in online and affiliate marketing, managing the affiliate activities of advertisers such as HSBC, WHSmith, Eurostar, Debenhams, Barclays, Lloyds, Ernest Jones, ASDA, Virgin Atlantic, Mazda and more.
He has extensive knowledge of many vertical sectors including retail, travel, automotive and financial services, working with advertisers and publishers alike, and has experience in a broad range of online disciplines, working on online branding activity for Procter & Gamble and B2B marketing initiatives for UK SME’s.

Gary joined affilinet in the UK in 2010 as Publisher Services Director before being promoted to Operations Director, focusing on delivering a growth strategy for affilinet’s quality publisher base, and furthering their market-leading technology and service offering.
